GCS Series Low Voltage Draw-out Switch Cabinet is suitable for power generation and power supply systems with a voltage of 380VAC/400VAC (50/60Hz) and a current of 4000A. The separation between the functional units and compartments of GCS series is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit will not affect the work of other units, so that the failure is limited to a minimum. The connection between GCS series and external cables is completed in the cable compartment, and the cables can go in/out, and up/down. The current transformer is installed in the cable compartment so that it is convenient to install and maintain. GCS series effectively improves the heat capacity of the adapter, and greatly reduces the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connectors, cable heads, and spacers. Due to the horizontal arrangement of the busbars of GCS series, the device has good dynamic stability and good thermal stability, so that the device can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current. GCS series is suitable for low-voltage power supply systems in power plants, substations, and low-voltage power distribution systems in factories and mines, and high-rise buildings. The number of circuits in a single MCC cabinet is as many as 22, which can fully meet the needs of automated motor groups in the power generation, petrochemical systems and other fields.

In the same power distribution system, the short-circuit current can be limited by the current-limiting reactor to stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and it can also partially reduce the requirements for the short-circuit strength of the components.

The withdrawable unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements of the number of docking points for computer interfaces and automatic control loops.

The main frame is made of 8MF steel, which can be divided into fully assembled structure and partial welded structure (side frame and beam), and the internal installation is flexible and convenient.

The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments can be divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms.

The design of the cable room is reasonable, and it is very convenient for cables to enter/exit and up/down.

The horizontal main busbar adopts the horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the short-circuit current bearing capacity of the main circuit.

Altitude: ≤2000m

Relative humidity: monthly average ≤90% (the average temperature of the month is +25℃); relative humidity ≤50% (when the ambient temperature is +40℃). The relative humidity is related to the ambient temperature. The lower the ambient temperature, the higher the allowable relative humidity. For condensation caused by temperature changes, take appropriate protective measures (such as adding drainage holes).

Transportation temperature: -25℃~+55℃, the average value of 24h does not exceed +70℃

Installation site: no severe impact, no serious pollution and chemical corrosion, no conductive dust or explosion hazard. Should prevent rain and moisture.
