Moulded Case Circuit Breaker
JZM1 Series Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) are suitable for circuits with rated working voltage of 400VAC(50Hz), and rated working current of 800A. JZM1 series circuit breakers have the advantages of high breaking capacity, short arcing (zero arcing for some specifications), anti-vibration, reasonable design, safety and reliability, small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance. They are ideal products for land and ship use. JZM1 series circuit breakers have overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection functions, which can protect the circuit and power equipment from damage. According to its rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu), JZM1 series circuit breakers can be divided into three types: L type (standard capacity type), M type (middle breaking capacity type), and H type (high breaking capacity type). JZM1 series circuit breakers can be equipped with a variety of accessories, which have the advantages of quick installation, convenient use and strong applicability. JZM1 series circuit breakers can be installed vertically or horizontally. The wiring of JZM1 series circuit breaker cannot be reversed, that is, Port 1, 3, and 5 can be only connected to the power supplier, and Port 2, 4, and 6 can be only connected to the load.
How to order
Classification of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker(MCCB):
1.1 According to the number of poles:
Two poles (125A, 250A), three poles, and four poles.
1.2 According to the neutral pole (N pole) of the four-pole (4P) product:
Type A: N pole is not installed with an overcurrent release, and N pole is always connected, and it is not working together with other three poles;
Type B: N pole is not installed with overcurrent release, and it is working together with other three poles (N pole is closed first and then opened);
Type C: N pole is installed with an overcurrent release, and it is working together with other three poles (N pole is opened first and then closed);
Type D: N pole is installed with an overcurrent release, and the N pole is always connected, and it is not working together with other three poles.
1.3 According to the rated current (A):
JZM1-63 - (6A), 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, 63A (the 6A specification has no overload protection);
JZM1-125 - (10A), 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, 63A, 80A, 125A;
JZM1-250 - 100A, 125A, 140A, 160A, 180A, 200A, 250A;
JZM1-400 - 225A, 250A, 315A, 350A, 400A;
JZM1-630 - 400A, 500A, 630A;
JZM1-800 - 630A, 700A, 800A;

1.4 According to the wiring method:
Front wiring type, rear wiring type, and plug-in wiring type.
1.5 According to the type of overcurrent release:
Thermal-electromagnetic type, electromagnetic type.

● Installation site: no rain and snow erosion, no corrosive gas, the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker does not exceed ±22.5°;
● It can withstand the influence of humid air;
● It can withstand the influence of salt spray and oil mist:
● It can tolerate the influence of mold;
● It can work reliably when subjected to the normal vibration of the ship;
● It can work reliably under earthquake conditions (4g).
● Internal accessories
Internal accessories are those installed inside the circuit breaker, including shunt release, undervoltage release, auxiliary switch and alarm switch. Currently, the internal accessories of the new molded case circuit breaker adopt a modular structure, which can be installed and replaced without opening the cover, thereby ensuring the reliability of the circuit breaker and the convenience of installation and maintenance. The wiring of internal accessories can be directly led out, or through a terminal block.
1. Auxiliary switch and Alarm switch
Both the auxiliary switch and the alarm switch are used to display the operating status of the main contact of the circuit breaker. The difference between them is:
The auxiliary switch can display the on-off status (opening status and closing status) of the circuit breaker, but cannot show whether the circuit breaker has tripped due to a fault. The auxiliary switch will control or interlock other related electrical appliances through the opening and closing status of the circuit breaker, such as outputting signals to signal lights, relays and logic circuits.
The alarm switch can display whether the circuit breaker is in a fault trip state. The alarm switch will promptly implement control or interlock to other related electrical appliances when the circuit breaker load fails, such as outputting signals to the alarm devices, signal lights, relays and logic circuits outside the circuit breaker.
2. Undervoltage release
The under-voltage release can protect the electrical appliances or electrical equipment (such as motor, control circuit, etc.) carried by the circuit breaker from under-voltage damage. When the power supply voltage is 35%-70% of the rated working voltage of the circuit breaker, the under-voltage release can reliably trip the circuit breaker; when the power supply voltage is 85%-110% of the rated working voltage, the under-voltage release can reliably close the circuit breaker; when the power supply voltage is lower than 35% of the rated working voltage, the under-voltage release can prevent the circuit breaker from closing. The undervoltage release has a variety of rated working voltages and different power frequencies, which can be selected according to actual needs.
There are three types of undervoltage releases:
Type A: 110VAC, 230VAC, 400VAC (50HZ); DC 110VDC, 220VDC
Type B: 400VAC (50HZ), phase protection
Type C: 230VAC, 400VAC (50HZ)
Note: The undervoltage release must be energized before the circuit breaker can be tripped and closed, otherwise the circuit breaker will be damaged!
3. Shunt release
The shunt release is an executive element used to remotely open the circuit breaker in an emergency state. It is commonly used in the power-off protection circuit of the power distribution cabinet. When the externally applied voltage is 70%~110% of the rated control voltage of the shunt release, it can disconnect the circuit breaker reliably. The shunt release has a variety of rated control voltages and different power frequencies, which can be selected according to actual needs.
● External accessories
External accessories are accessories installed outside the circuit breaker, including auxiliary handles, external operating handles, electric operating mechanisms, handle locking devices, mechanical interlocking devices, electrical interlocking devices, rear wiring devices, plug-in installation tables and auxiliary contact devices, etc.
1. Electrical operation mechanism
The electric operating mechanism can realize the remote opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker. The electric operating mechanism can be divided into electric operating mechanism and electromagnetic operating mechanism: the electric operating mechanism is driven by a motor, generally suitable for large-capacity circuit breakers of 400A and above; the electromagnetic operating mechanism is driven by electromagnet, suitable for 100A, 225A and other small-capacity circuit breakers. When the circuit breaker trips freely due to a fault, an opening operation should be performed to make the circuit breaker trip again, and then the closing operation can be carried out. If the normally open (NO) contact of the alarm switch or auxiliary switch is used, when the circuit breaker trips freely (caused by man-made or overload, etc.), the opening operation circuit of the electric operating mechanism should be automatically turned on through the alarm switch or auxiliary switch, then the electric operating mechanism will immediately carry out the opening operation to make the circuit breaker tripped again, so as to ensure the remote operation of the circuit breaker.
2. Auxiliary handle
The auxiliary handle is an external extension handle directly mounted on the handle of the circuit breaker. Generally used for manual opening and closing operations of large-capacity circuit breakers of 600A and above.
3. External operating handle
The external operating handle can convert the up and down operation of the circuit breaker into a rotary operation (counterclockwise closing or clockwise closing). Regardless of whether the circuit breaker is installed vertically or horizontally, the external operating handle can indicate the opening and closing status of the circuit breaker in the same direction.
4. Dual power supply switching device
The dual power switching device can combine two molded case circuit breakers to form a dual power switch.
