Introduction

YB-12 Series Prefabricated Substation is fully complies with the GB17467 "High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substation" standard, which can realize ring or terminal type power supply mode. YB-12 is widely used in urban public power distribution, street lamp power distribution, industrial and mining enterprises, urban buildings, residential quarters, oilfield terminals, hotels, parks and construction sites.

Application environment

● Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃；

● Altitude: ≤1000m；

● Temperature: monthly average temperature ≤+30℃, annual average temperature ≤+20℃;

● Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%;

● Shockproof level: horizontal acceleration ≤0.4m/s^2, vertical acceleration ≤0.15m/s^2;

● Installation site: no severe impact, no serious pollution and chemical corrosion, no conductive dust or explosion hazard. If those requirements cannot be met, please contact us.

Appearance and mounting dimensions

Know before ordering

Please provide the following information before ordering:

1. Product model, capacity, quantity, color, size, and shell material of the substation;
2. Product model, performance, connection group, tapping range and impedance of the transformer;
3. Primary wiring scheme, component models, specifications and requirements on the high and low voltage side;
4. Transformer oil (25#, 45#, high flashpoint oil);
5. The grid-connected configuration requirements of the power intelligent management network or the property management to the cubical substation;
6. Application environment requirements.
