JZM1LE Series Cover

Introduction

JZM1LE Series Modular Case Residual Current Circuit Breaker (MRCB, also know as Modular Case Residual Current Device, MRCD) is suitable for circuits with a rated voltage of 400VAC (50Hz) and a rated current of 16A to 800A, in line with GB14048.2 and IEC60947-2 standards. JZM1LE series circuit breakers are mainly used to provide indirect contact protection for people who are at risk of electric shock, or to prevent electrical fires caused by contact with fault currents. It can also be used to protect circuits from overload and short-circuit. When other protection measures fail, JZM1LE series residual current circuit breaker with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 0.03A can be used as a supplementary protection for direct contact, but it cannot be used as the only direct contact protection. JZM1LE series circuit breakers have the advantages of small size, strong breaking capacity and short arcing distance. JZM1LE series circuit breakers can be equipped with alarm contacts, shunt releases, undervoltage releases, auxiliary contacts, rotary handle operating mechanisms, electric operating mechanisms and other accessories. JZM1LE series circuit breakers have multiple wiring methods such as front wiring, rear wiring and plug-in wiring. JZM1LE series circuit breakers can be installed vertically and horizontally.

How to order

The neutral pole (N pole) type of the four-pole (4P) circuit breaker:

Type A: N pole is not installed with an overcurrent release, and N pole is always connected, and it is not working together with other three poles;

Type B: N pole is not installed with overcurrent release, and it is working together with other three poles (N pole is closed first and then opened);

Type C: N pole is installed with an overcurrent release, and it is working together with other three poles (N pole is opened first and then closed);

Type D: N pole is installed with an overcurrent release, and the N pole is always connected, and it is not working together with other three poles.

Note: Alarm contact●; Shunt release■; Auxiliary contact○; Undervoltage release▲; The model with Y in brackets (such as 210Y) means the shunt release with delay function, the action delay time is 0.5s~2s, and the control voltage is 240VAC/400VAC.

Application environment

● Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average value of 24h does not exceed +35℃. If the circuit breaker works in an environment where the temperature is higher than +40°C or lower than -5°C, please contact us;

● Altitude: ≤2000m;

● Relative humidity: monthly average ≤90% (the average temperature of the month is +25℃); relative humidity ≤50% (when the ambient temperature is +40℃). The relative humidity is related to the ambient temperature. The lower the ambient temperature, the higher the allowable relative humidity. For condensation caused by temperature changes, take appropriate protective measures (such as adding drainage holes);

● Air pollution level: Level Ⅲ;

● Installation category: Class Ⅲ;

● Installation site: no significant shaking, impact and vibration, and the external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.
