DZ47 Series
Miniature Circuit Breaker

JZW1 Series Cover

Introduction

DZ47 Series Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) are suitable for circuits with rated working voltage of 230/400VAC (50Hz/60Hz) and rated current of 63A. DZ47 series circuit breaker has the advantages of advanced structure, reliable performance, high breaking capacity, beautiful and compact appearance,  no maintenance, and suitable for unexperienced personnel. The shell of DZ47 series is made of new plastic, so it has the advantages of good flame-retardant performance, arc resistance and impact resistance. The contact system of the DZ47 series adopts an electric repulsion mechanism, which has a significant current limiting effect and can greatly improve the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. Various accessories can be assembled on the side of DZ47 series, such as shunt release, auxiliary contact, and alarm contact. The trip device of DZ47 series circuit breaker adopts solenoid type electromagnetic trip, the setting current is accurate and stable, but its protection characteristics have been set before leaving the factory, and you cannot adjust it during use. Multiple single-pole DZ47 series circuit breakers can be assembled into a multi-pole circuit breaker. DZ47 series circuit breakers are mainly used for lighting and power distribution in industrial, commercial, residential and other buildings. DZ47 series circuit breaker complies with the GB10963.1-2005 standard.

How to order

DZ47 Series How to order

Application environment

● Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average value of 24h does not exceed +35℃. If the circuit breaker works in an environment where the temperature is higher than +40°C or lower than -5°C, please contact us;

● Altitude: ≤2000m;

● Relative humidity: monthly average ≤90% (the average temperature of the month is +25℃); relative humidity ≤50% (when the ambient temperature is +40℃). The relative humidity is related to the ambient temperature. The lower the ambient temperature, the higher the allowable relative humidity. For condensation caused by temperature changes, take appropriate protective measures (such as adding drainage holes);

● Air pollution level: Level Ⅱ;

● Installation category: Class Ⅲ;

● Installation site: no significant shaking, impact and vibration, and the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker should not exceed 5°;

● Derating factor: If the circuit breaker is installed in a closed protective enclosure and multiple units are installed close to each other, the derating factor (0.7~0.8) should be considered. A higher derating factor can be used for metal protective enclosures, and a lower derating factor can be used for plastic protective enclosures;

● DIN-rail specification: TH35-75 steel mounting DIN rail;

● Wire specification: round copper wire with the terminal area not exceeding 25mm2 (1-63A) .

Accessories

DZ47 Series Accessories

Remote control accessories

OF Auxiliary Contact

● Indicate the closing and opening status of the circuit breaker through an external circuit;

● Basic form of auxiliary contact: one normally open (1NO), one normally close (1NC);

● Wiring capacity: 1~4mm2.

SD Alarm Contact

● When the circuit breaker trips due to fault, the alarm contact will send out an alarm signal through the external circuit;

● There is a mechanical indicator on the front panel of the alarm contact, which can indicate whether the circuit breaker has tripped or not;

● Basic form of auxiliary contact: one normally open (1NO), one normally close (1NC);

● Wiring capacity: 1~4mm2.

Tripping accessories

MX+OF Shunt Release

● Indicate the closing and opening status of the circuit breaker through an external circuit;

● Once receiving the signal, the trip device triggers and causes the circuit breaker to trip;

● Basic form of auxiliary contact: one normally open (1NO), one normally close (1NC);

● Wiring capacity: 1~4mm2.

MV Overvoltage Release

● To protect against under-voltage faults of the circuit;

● When the voltage at both ends of the trip device rises to the rated range, the trip device triggers and causes the circuit breaker to trip. At this time, there is a fault trip indication on the front panel of the trip device, and the reset button pops up;

● Rated over-voltage tripping voltage: 280 (1±5%) VAC;

● Wiring capacity: 25mm2.

MN Undervoltage Release

● To protect against under-voltage faults of the circuit;

● When the voltage at both ends of the trip device drops to the rated range, the trip device triggers and causes the circuit breaker to trip. At this time, there is a fault trip indication on the front panel of the trip device, and the reset button pops up;

● Rated under-voltage tripping voltage: 161 (1±5%) VAC;

● Under-voltage protection interval: (35%~70%) Ue;

● Wiring capacity: 25mm2.

MVMN Overvoltage-And-Undervoltage Release

● To protect against faults such as over-voltage and under-voltage of the circuit;

● When the voltage at both ends of the trip device rises or drops to the rated range, the trip device triggers and causes the circuit breaker to trip. At this time, there is a fault trip indication on the front panel of the trip device, and the reset button pops up;

● Rated over-voltage tripping voltage: 280 (1±5%) VAC;

● Rated under-voltage tripping voltage: 161 (1±5%) VAC;

● Under-voltage protection interval: (35%~70%) Ue;

● Wiring capacity: 25mm2.
